Tapo C320WS goes offline in the app
I have 2 C320WS at my house, and both of them keeps going offline in the app. I have them added into another system via ONVIF, and even though the go offline in the Tapo App they are available through the ONVIF integration. To get them online again, i need to toggle the power by pulling out the cable. The LED on the camera is amber color, which would indicate connected, but i cannot access it through the app. Both of them are connected through WiFi.

Hi,
From the phenomenon description, it should be the camera connected to the Wi-Fi but not connected to the internet or our cloud server, so you can't control it on the Tapo app remotely.
What's the model number of your router? Do you have internet when connecting to the router's Wi-Fi?
Are there any special settings, such as firewall, antivirus, parental control, etc., configured on the router for the camera? If so, turn them off for a try.
You can change the DNS server on your router and check if it helps.

Hi. Yes that seems to be the case. What is strange is that i have 2 C200 cameras as well which stay connected to the internet or cloud server while the C320WS ones keeps going offline.
I have 2 ASUS AC68U connected in mesh. I thought the WiFi signal strength was the problem initially, and thus i added another router closer to the camera itself but i still have the same issue. I have not done any particular configs in the router for the cameras. I can see that i have set the Static IP settings for the 2 C320WS to be on, while for the C200 it's off in the tapo app. Can this cause the issue?

Hi,
If the Static IP is enabled on the Tapo C320WS, please check if the IP, mask, gateway, and DNS are configured correctly. You can send us a picture of the camera's IP settings page. And what's the LAN IP address of your router? What's the router's DNS server?

@Solla-topee I have the same problem. Three Tapo C320WS cameras went offline in app this week. The cameras are connected to two different routers.

@vkardell , the solution for me was add as a new device each camera:
- Press reset button 5 seconds. Led flash red and green
- In app, add a new device connecting previously to the Wifi camera.
- Choose the option to keep the previous settings
- Finsh the configuration and the camera come back to life
I guess it works to you.
