Problems after update if firmware to 1.3.x
My C510W auto updated to the lastest firmware from 1.2.3.
Since then it has stopped tracking movements, merely staying in the same position. It records on movement detection but the camera does not move.
So, I powered down the camera and powered it up again. Now it won't connect to the wifi network and I can't see the camera on the Tapo app. My router no longer shows the camera as an active device.
I have rebooted a number of times but the camera is no longer accessible on my network.
How can I get this working again?

Hi,
From the problem phenomenon, it seems the camera is removed from the Tapo app, which means the camera is reset.
Please check the LED status on the camera, if it's flashing green and red, you can try to reconfigure it.
If the camera does not have a flashing green and red light, you can press the reset button on it for 10 seconds to factory reset it, then reconfigure it for a try.
How to set up the Tapo camera

I have now got the camera working again.
I think what happens is that when you update the firmware it appears to disable Motion Tracking maybe.
Somehow powering the camera off and back on completely loss the camera's connection to my network. No LEDs were showing on the camera.
I did end up resetting the camera using a paper clip, but since this camera is located outside and under the gutter line, it involves using a ladder and removing the cover (2 screws) to access the reset button. This is not easy when you are 20 feet up a ladder!
I hope that I am not having to do this too often to get the camera working again.
I have turned off automatic updates of the firmware.
Where can I find firmware release notes prior to installing the latest firmware?
