Hi, I have a Tapo C120 camera and I am unable to complete the setup of the camera. I am able to connect it to my 2.4 GHz wifi, the light on the camera goes to a solid amber but then on the setup on the app, when I wait for it to start pairing, it just says pairing failed. I've tried multiple times but I am unsure as to why the pairing fails. There seems to be no problem connecting the camera to the wifi, but the pairing fails.

What should I do if I fail to configure Tapo Camera?
If the problem remains, you can try the following steps.
1. Ensure your router is working, and disable the special settings on it for a try, such as MAC Filtering, Firewall rules, smart connect, etc.
2. Enable a hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone, factory reset the camera by pressing the reset button for 10 seconds, reconfigure the camera with a different phone, connect it to the hotspot Wi-Fi, and check if it will work fine.
