Hi
I have a few Tapo cameras around my apartment connected to the same wifi network.
i bought a C410 in Nov for outdoor use but have been having intermittent connection going offline seen on my Tether app. I have to reboot my router to get back connection on Tether. RSSI is good in the range of -30+ dBM. In fact the camera is within sight of the router only separated by a glass balcony door.
i have turned off DHCP and set 2.4GHz to 20MHz but issue still persists. I never have any connection issues on Tether with my other 2 Tapo cameras, and other 2.4GHz devices on the same wifi network.
i decided to do a ping with C410 and the other cameras but couldn't get any ping from C410 even though I have placed it beside the router. I had readings for the other Tapo cameras.
what can I do to solve the offline connection problem?

Hi,
Please confirm the following information if you are willing to troubleshoot the issue.
1. Is your camera connected to the home Wi-Fi but displayed offline status on the Tapo app?
2. How about the LED status on the camera when the issue happens? Is your phone connected to the same Wi-Fi as the camera when the camera displays offline status on the Tapo app?
3. How often does the issue occur, and how do you recover the connection?

Same issue for me, very poor and very disappointed since the latest firmware update 1.0.23. No issues before the latest firmware.
1) Yes, camera visible on the network but offline in the Tapo app.
2) Solid Orange light when the camera is triggered.
3) Occurs every few days, no pattern to when or why. Only way to recover is a manual reboot using the button on the back of the camera.
Please provide a fix as this has been going on long enough.
