Using the app for multiple properties

Is it possible to use the app on one phone to control plugs in two different properties? (obvs two different WiFi) Want to use for elderly relative but they can't control themselves.

Yes this is supported. You can create different Homes and multiple Rooms in the Tapo under the same TP-Link account.
The configuration should be done on-site and then you can switch different Homes or Rooms to manage devices in different location.

*About the Home option: Click "My home" on the upper left corner of the app homepage to manage the Homes.
