Hi,

I have a Kasa KE100, I have replaced the thermostat on the radiator, and as far as I can tell I do not need an adapter. I have turned on the heating and calibrated it.

The house is set to 19 degrees on the main thermostat but when I turn on the Kasa to heat where we are sitting to 22, you can heat the movement in the KE100, but it does not heat up at all.

How do you fix this, I have 3 of them and currently cant use them for the intended purpose.

What's the type of radiator valve? Check this guide to double-confirm whether an adapter is needed or not. Kasa Smart Thermostat Radiator Valve Compatibility Guide

Are all three KE100 performing the same? Is the main thermostat a Kasa KE100?

I have looked and I can't see my valve but then again I know very little about them, yhis is the one i have, are you able to help?

i believe it is a Valve

I believe it is a Honeywell HR91 or something like that, from a Google search.

Unfortunately, this valve is not on the compatibility list we've tested. And I couldn't find this model from Honeywell's official website. From some third-party websites, it seems to work with the most common radiator valve in type M30*1.5, which is the thread size of the Kasa KE100.

However, we recommend contacting your radiator's support to double-check the specifications.
