How to access Tapo C210 camara outside my home network
Hello, I have setup my camera last week and it works perfectly when I'm home, but as soon as I leave its wonky, sometimes it connects, it allows me to preview for a minute and then it closes the connection.
I'm using the same device I have setup the camera with. However, my partner uses a tablet from another location with my account. I also invited to use my camera via the share functionality but it's all the same. I need to be at home so it works for everybody.
Does anybody knows what's going on?

Update: I have just arrived home and it worked for a bit for me and my partner, but now it's not working anymore. It comes back after around 15 minutes and then fails again.

Do you use the original power adapter? Any extension cable?
Please use the original power adapter, make sure the power cable is tightly plugged in, and change another power outlet.

Please double-check the led color of the camera when the problem occurs, from the phenomena, it seems it is solid orange, which means it has disconnected from cloud, therefore remote control fails.
