Tapo C220 ONVIF-PTZ issue after OTA firmware upgrade
Tapo C220 ONVIF-PTZ issue after OTA firmware upgrade
Hi all,
Recently, one of my two Tapo C220 cameras received an OTA update to firmware version 1.2.2.
Since then, the ONVIF PTZ functionality has stopped working on my ONVIF Device Manager and tinyCamPro.
The other two cameras (C520 e C200), are working fine.
Could you please look into restoring this functionality, or let me know if a fix is on the way?
I look forward to your response and thank you in advance for your help!

@RobertoT My C220 firmware 1.2.2 has a problem. The camera loses the wifi signal and can't be monitored. Restarting the router doesn't help, only unplugging the camera resets it. However, it's annoying when I'm not at home and I want to check the camera in the app.

If your camera has an unstable issue, you can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot.
What should I do if my Tapo smart device keeps losing connection or going Offline?
Best Regards
