My C320WS hw2.0 sw1.1.15 is stuck in infrared mode. With bright daylight I still get black & white pictures. I can force the camera to display color images by selecting the color mode but then the two LEDs are always on. Also in smart mode I get color images when the LEDs are switched on after something is detected. I have plenty of other C320WS cameras that automatically switch between infrared and color mode depending on the amount of light available. This one refuses to do so. Any suggestions ?
