Model: Tapo C500
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version:

My old wifi network is crashed and I have a new wifi network now, so the camera disconnected from old wifi and pressing the reset button from 5s to 45s didn't have any effect. It is constantly blinking red for days and days. tried restarting it, also tried to have a SSID and password of my new wifi as same old one, it gets connected but didn't have internet (constant amber light) and pressing reset button don't have any effect on it. is there any way I can reset through SD card or anything? I can't find manual reset (bin) file for C500 anywhere (on official link, it's only available for C100 and C200)

Hi,
When the new Wi-Fi name and password are the same as the old Wi-Fi name and password, please reboot the camera, and check if it can connect and have an internet connection.
If it can connected to the Wi-Fi network again, connect your phone to the same Wi-Fi, log in to the Tapo app, remove the camera from the Tapo app, and then check if the LED on the camera will change.
If not, press the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds to factory reset the camera, and pay attention to the LED status on it.

If the LED is flashing green and red, try to reconfigure the camera.
If the LED is flashing red all the time and the camera does not respond to the reset operation, you can try to contact the retailer or local team to check if the camera is under warranty.

Best Regards
