You can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot.
What should I do if my Tapo smart device keeps losing connection or going Offline?

If the problem remains, please confirm the following information for further analysis.
1. The LED status on your camera when it's offline.
2. The signal strength(RSSI value) of the camera when it's working.
3. The model number of the Wi-Fi router and your network topology. 
4. How often does the issue happen?
5. The troubleshooting you did and the results.

Hi,

for my device no suggestion given was working. I totaly reworked my local WiFi typology in order to fulfill 2.4GHz requirements for the camera. Memory card used/unused, placing cam near router (all of my equipment is also TP-Link, so native support should be in place but not), used my tethering on mobile phone...Nothing made any difference. So upper support team finally give up after reviewing logs supplied. Now RMA was issued to return the device as defective.
