The bulb when turned on takes 5 seconds to turn on then rapidly blinks twice and turns off slowly ( this bulb was unpaired and then screwed in a new lamp

Please check the product packaging to verify that the device's rated voltage matches your local voltage.
Also try to install the bulb on another lamp.

the voltage is fine and the other bulb is working fine, is there any way to fix it?
