Side brush failure of sweeping robot
The black side brush of the sweeping robot is faulty. I have followed the suggestions in the Tapo App to maintain it, but it still doesn't work. Does it need to be sent to a repair center and where is the repair center?

@Chong909090 Hi Chong, I'm having the same issue with my RV10. It's only a month old, and the side brush keeps getting stuck. I've tried everything they suggested, including removing the brush, but I still get the error message. I hope they respond soon.

@Kahar Did you buy your vacuum cleaner robot at Lazada TP LINK Mall? I asked the customer service of Lazada TP Link and got the answer that it needs to be shipped or walked in. Send the robot vacuum cleaner to the repair center in Plaza Berjaya, Kuala Lumpur for repair.
Have you written an email to TP LINK's technical support? This department is the garbage department and has no response at all.

@Chong909090 I did email them two days ago, but like you said, no reply. So sad... It was a gift from a friend and shipped from Lazada, but I'm not sure if it's from the flagship store. I'll ask him. Thanks a lot for your quick reply.

When the robot vacuum reports "side brush error" and the led starts blinking red, turn over the device, check and clean the side brush.
Restart the robot vacuum by using the on/off switch on the side of the device.
If the problem persists, contact local TP-Link support team for further assistance.
