Brush Stuck
The main brush is stuck. I have always kept it clean and in good working order. Any ideas. It is only 4 months old.

Rv10- the machine just stops and then i get a brush error report. I have done all of the recommended cleaning, and i have kept it clean everyday. It is also only 4 months old.
