C500 freezing / delay
I have a tap c500 which freezes a lot. When i try to view and pan the camera there is a 5 - 10 second delay. It also stops communicating completely at times and i have to switch camera off/on again. Any one have issuses like this??

@POH-Auto So plugged back in camera after a week and it seems to have sorted itself out. I previosly had it turned off fore the day to no avail. But leaving it off for more than maday seems to have sorted the issues i was having. Thank you for you help

Please check the signal strength of this camera: tapo app > camera Device Settings page > Device Info > tap the signal/wifi icon to show the RSSI rate.
What's the hardware and firmware version of your two C500?
What router do you use? Is there any network extension devices? Please share a simple drawing of your network topology if you own a big network, or describe it as clearly as possible.
