Hello,

 

My tapo hub with connect camera does not reset at all.

I noticed my camera (D230) being offline, but the hub was still solid green.

 

To counter the problem I tried to switch on and off. It never turned green again. It stayed solid red, even if I repeat the unplugging. It also does not reset with a pin (stays red).

 

Any help or clues what this might be?

Remove the microSD card, then reboot the hub. If the doorbell doesn't automatically restore the connection after the hub is back to normal, reboot the doorbell as well.
