Devices showing OFFLINE most of the time after latest H200 firmware update - Oct 2024.
I've made a reboot, no changes.
Also, Doorbell connected to it also offline but it receives bells, it works, it records video to SDcard or cloud.

Try to restart the router. Is your Tapo app updated?
Please verify that when the phone is connected to the same local WiFi network as the smart device, does the device show up online in the app? Does this happen more frequently when the phone is remotely controlled (e.g. when the phone is using mobile data)?
Is there anything wrong with the LED indicator of the H200 or its sub-devices?

Hello, thank you for your message.
Router and H200 both were restarted. Tapo app is updated. It does not matter is this WiFi or mobile data - both devices (hub and door bell) are offline. They could be online for a short period after door bell call.
LED indicator is green.

May i know what's the model of your router? What's the version of your Tapo app? Have you checked device's status on another mobile device?
