Playback is not working in Tapo app
If there are multiple recordings in one day, only the last clip plays in full. The other clips skip to the next one after a couple of seconds
I have three TC82 cameras and the same issue with all of them. Same thing also happens when using a different phone to check
Hi,
1. Are the video clips stored on the SD card or our cloud server?
2. Are the video clips' length no problem but can only be played for a few seconds or the video clips are short?
3. Can you share a video showing the reported issue?
4. Please update your Tapo app if it's not the latest one and check if it helps.
