Hub H200 not Updating
This is new out of the box. When trying to add doorbell it says hub needs update. I update on the App to 1.3.6 it says it has worked, but it hasn't, when I press the check update button it says needs update! I am stuck in a loop. It's going back to Amazon soon and I'll get a Ring.
i have reset the Hub
restarted both the App and the Hub
removed the micro SD card
tried via both Wi-Fi and Ethernet cable.
I use Apple App.
Any other Idea's, I see this has been an issue for other customers. But the solution was not shared?

Do you use Tapo app or Home app? Check the current firmware version of the H200 to verify when it is updated or not. Sometimes there may be a delay in the firmware update page where the information is no updated in time.
If it is not updated indeed, restart router and connect H200 via ethernet then perform the update again. Or consider connect H200 to mobile hotspot wifi to perform the firmware update: H200 Device Settings page > Network Connection.
