bulb stopped working after 1week

Hace una semana instalé 6 bombillas, compradas en Amazon en paquete de 4 y paquete de 2.
Ayer me encontré una bombilla apagada y desconectada. No enciende nunca, ni parpadea. Tampoco al apagarla/encenderla siguiendo el patrón que doce la aplicación. Se resetean las otras 5 y es tedioso volver a emparejar todo.
No sé ni como devolverla ya que no sé si es del paquete de dos o cuatro.

Hi there,
I bought 6 bulbs in Amazon, 2 and 4 packages. They've working fine for 1 week until yesterday I found 1 switched off and disconnected.
I couldnt make it blink, neither be online lighting, shown listed in Tapo App (seems to be dead). I also tried to follow the turn on/switch off pattern suggested by the app to troubleshoot, no luck. I dont event know how to return it to Amazon as no idea if it came in the 4 or 2 bulbs package.
It is a pity that it failed after 7 days. Please, ket me know how to proceed as every time I try to get it back working I reset the other 5 bulbs.
