Tapo indoor camera c210 super low audio recorded
Baby crying is detected but no sounds since the past 3 days. Is there a glitch? Reset the camera to no success. Human voice can be heard in the recording but super low sound

In your situation, you may try the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Make sure that there are no obstructions covering the microphone and speaker openings on the camera.
2. Confirm the microphone and speaker volume of the camera are set at a high level on our app.
3. On the camera's Device Settings > Storage & Recording page, make sure the Record Sound option is enabled.
4. Can you hear the sound when someone talks in front of the camera when watching the camera's live feed on the Tapo app?
5. You can send us a video showing the problem for analysis.
