neue Firmware wird nicht gefunden
Guten Tag,
Wie kann ich bei der Kamera die aktuelle Firmware installieren. Laut der Hilfestellung in den FAQs wird in den Einstellungen von der Kamera keine Neue Firmware angezeigt, obwohl auf der Service Seite die neue Firmware seit Februar 2024 verfügbar ist.

Is the firmware version of your Tapo C225 1.0.7? If so, this is not a problem.
Generally, new firmware will be released in phases. It is not released to all devices immediately at the same time. The rollout will continue expanding until it reaches full coverage. Please wait patiently if your device has not yet received the new firmware.
If you have any problem with the camera, please describe it in detail.
