Contact sensor opening time

Contact sensor is working as expected but if I set the smart action to a custom time (30 minutes) for a door left open alert the notification consistently occurs after one minute (even though there is no smart action for that setting). Suggestions as to what is wrong -fix?

Check whether the device's notification is enabled: Tapo App -> Sensor's Device Settings -> Notification.
