Configuracion Camara Tapo C425
Hola, Mi camara no parpadea Led Rojo/Verde para iniciar su configuración. Esto imposibilita la conexion de mi Celular con el Dispositivo Tapo C425
Cabe señalar, que tengo contratado un servicio de Internet de 100 Mbps simétrico mi router es un Deco mesh modelo X55
Agradezco todo el apoyo que me puedan suministrar para lograr la configuración

Hi,
Only the LED on the camera is blinking red and green, which means the camera is ready for setup. If not, please power on the camera and use a pin to press and hold the reset button for 10 seconds to factory reset the camera, then wait for the LED to turn flashing red and green.
If the LED does not change, please let me know the LED status, and its changes during the reset process.
You can try to turn off/on the camera, remove the SD card if there is one, and then reset it again.

El LED no cambia,

You can try to turn off/on the camera, remove the SD card if there is one, and then reset it again. If the LED still has no change, you can contact the retailer or local support team to check if the camera is under warranty.
