Poor Audio Quality C225 C500

I recently bought Tapo C225 and C500 cameras. The audio quality of both cameras is poor, so I can't hear conversations clearly. They are much worse than my old TP-link cameras. I notice that the background noise level of the old cameras is high, but I can hear the conversations clearly. I think the issue of the new cameras is caused by the noise cancellation. But I can't find a way to disable the noise cancellation feature.
I read from another post that other users of C220 solved this issue with another firmware:

I would like to know where I can find the firmware to disable noise cancellation for C225 and C500. Thanks a lot!

I also have a problem with the sound on my Tapo C500. There is noise when receiving audio, and it is barely audible. I also request a firmware update.

Hi,
Currently, there is no new firmware for the Tapo C500 to improve the audio quality. We suggest referring to the following steps to troubleshoot.
1. Make sure that there are no obstructions covering the microphone and speaker openings on the camera.
2. Confirm the microphone and speaker volume of the camera are set at a high level on our app.
3. Ensure the camera is positioned to allow clear and unobstructed sound reception. Avoid placing it in enclosed spaces or near surfaces that may reflect sound.
4. Test the audio with your mobile device positioned away from the camera, preferably in a different room. The proximity between the phone and camera during a voice call can cause audio feedback.
If the problem remains, can you send us a video showing the reported issue? (You can upload the video to your cloud server(such as Google Drive), generate a link to download it and send me(@Solla-topee) the link via a private message.)

@Solla-topee Thanks for the help. I just received my replacement C225 and it works great, with no crackling in the audio at all times, like my original had.
