Brand new PTZ installed, and within a week it started relaying pink hues or black and white images with just a little pale green color depicting leaves.
There is obviously something amiss with the ir, so how do i fix this?

Try resetting the camera or updating the firmware. If that doesn't work, contacting Tapo Maintenance support might be the best option. Hope it gets fixed soon!
