No access outside the WLAN

Hello, unfortunately I have not been able to access my sockets outside the WLAN for some time now. As soon as I am in the mobile network, the sockets are displayed as "offline". Anyone have a solution?

Check if there are any router settings might block Tapo device's internet access, such as Access Control, Parental Control, etc. You may try to disable the firewall.
Restart both smart device and the router.
Change router DNS to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4.
