Eight HS103 stopped working
All of my HS103 devices stopped working all at once. I have tried factory resetting (10 seconds to rapid amber, then amber/blue flash), going through set-up (connecting successfully from my laptop app, entering the local wifi network information, going to blue flash), but then it times out/fails at the last step. Have tried many times, with no success. Does anyone have any suggestions please? Many thanks

Kasa App does not have the PC version. If you installed the Kasa App through the Android emulator App, it can't be used to configure device.
Install the Kasa App on a mobile device and refer to below instructions to setup your kasa smart plug.

It ended up being a router issue - complete restart of the router ended up being the solution.
