Model: Tapo C310
Hardware Version: V8
Firmware Version: 1.3.11

I have 2 Tapo C310 in the same network. One is working perfectly, the other, suddenly not.
I can acces the camera locally by connecting to the camera WiFi and opening the tap app (the

camera is working)
I can reset the camera (i did it a thousand of times)

But when trying to pair, it fails.
Again, the other c310 in the some network is working.

I have reset every modem, switch and router, but keep failing.
what can I do?

please help me on this

  @Bripoch

Hi,
Please help confirm the following information for the reported case.
1. What's the LED status on the camera when fail to configure the camera?

2. Do you have internet when connecting to the front router's Wi-Fi on your phone? If so, reboot the router, and when it's working, factory reset the camera and reconfigure it.
Before configuring the camera, ensure the firewall, antivirus, MAC Filtering, Access Control, etc. are disabled on the router.

3. If the problem remains, enable a hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone, factory reset the camera, reconfigure it with a different phone, and connect it to the hotspot Wi-Fi, can you set it up successfully?

4. Please help confirm your network diagram.

Best Regards
