C200 stopped recording associated with motion detection
Hi,
I noticed yesterday that my cam is not recording the motion detection events as usual.
I have changed nothing in terms of settings or software and the SD card showing 'Good' in settings.
The Tapo app is up todate and the firmware is the latest.
Please let me know how to solve this issue.
N.B. : I can record manually within the live view.

I have the latest app for iOS (3.3.503). I followed all the steps in your guide but the issue remains. I can walk in to my kids bedroom and wave at the camera without any motion detection. In rare cases I get it to detect motion.
Since others who downgraded the firmware got the camera back to a working state, proves that the issue is with the firmware.
This is getting very annoying...

In your situation, please help confirm the following information.
1. Send me a picture of the camera's Detection page.
2. Go to the Detection Zones>Edit, and send me the pictures of your motion detection zones and person detection zones.
3. Under what circumstances will you receive detection notifications?
I'll then escalate your case to our tech team for further assistance.

I noticed last week that the camera had ...
- stopped recording motion detected events to SD card
- stopped recording motion detected events to cloud
- stopped notifying or alarming when set
But it was recording to the SD card when it was set to record continuously, and the camera was tracking motion when it detected it.
I've been in contact with the support team and for now at least, Reset using the button next to the SD card slot has worked and the camera is working as expected again.

Hi,
Please help confirm the following information for the reported issue.
1. Have you subscribed to the Tapo Care service or have inserted an SD card into the camera to store video clips?
2. If the cloud server has no video clips, you can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot.

3. If the SD card has no video clips stored, please send me a picture of the camera's Device Settings>Storage & Recording> microSD Card page and Recording Schedule page, and please ensure the microSD card Recording feature is enabled.
4. You can try to remove the SD card from the camera, insert it again, and check if it helps.
