C420 suddenly stopped recording people motion detection
Good morning,
I have two C420 camera's in my home. They are the same model/hardware version/firmware version.
Connected to HUB firmware 1.3.4 build 20240621 rel.40453
They both stopped recording for two days now.
I have them only 4 days. The first days they recorded fine, ffter the two days I disabled push notifications.
Setup:
Sensitivity 6 (default)
Detection people (sensitivity 4 default)
No push notification
No alarm
Local saving (I guess this is to the HUB)
HUB 128GB SD card
I enabled push notification and when I walk in front of the camera I get a detection message on my phone. Still nothing is recorded.
What could be the problem?
Thank you so much!!

@Wayne-TP amazing this was the solution! I had a Samsung Evo plus 128gb card.
But with the new one the problems are over!
Thank you!!

Thank you for your update. Glad to know that!
According to our tests, the Samsung Evo Plus microSD card is actually not suitable for use in TP-Link Tapo or Kasa cameras. Click here to learn more about What Type of microSD Card does Tapo/Kasa Camera Support?

What information does your camera Playback page display? No Recordings (All empty)?
May I know what's the model of your SD card?
- Check the MicroSD card status on Tapo H200 page.
- Try to restart the hub.
- Format the SD card. Note: Previous videos will be deleted after formatting.
*Make sure you have switching to the SD card recording section, instead of the cloud video section.

@Wayne-TP thank you! I think you've pointed me in the right direction.
I've no idea what kind of SD card I have so I've orderd a Sandisk High Endurance - memory micro SD card - 128GB.
I can test this tomorrow.
When I looked right on the help page of the H200 hub this is a good card to use.
And yes, I've enabled SD card recording.
