hi, I have a recording file from my camera but I can't open the image. i have tried many playback programs but none of them worked please, can you help me?

That's an empty MP4 file. After inserting the SD card, the system automatically pre-partitions the memory and generates several blank MP4 files. When content is written (video recording), the file name of this file will be changed to the time and data of the video being written.
