After latest update my Tapo app won't connect to smart plugs, shows offline.
app on android phone works fine

If device's status appears abnormal only on a particular device, it's essential to verify the network connectivity of your mobile device.
- Make sure it can receive a stable and uninterrupted signal.
- If you're using a VPN, try disabling it.
- Additionally, force-close the app and reopen it. If the issue persists, consider uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
- Try to switch a different network.
