One of my cameras has solid red light and is offline I have tried factory Reset but it does nothing this camera is not a year old bought as a set other cameras are working fine

When the camera is turned on, refer to the instructions below to factory reset the camera and ensure the operations have no problem. If the camera's LED has no change and stays solid red, it may be the camera has an issue. You can then contact your retailer or local support to check if your camera is under warranty.
