Tapo C310 Memory card can't be formatted

Model: Tapo C310

Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: 1.3.9

Been using multiple other Tapo cameras but getting this strange error in the newly added one. When trying to format it goes up until 60-70% but then throws the error below.
Used the card in other device and works good and doesn't look like a issue with the SD card confirmed by SanDisk team.

FYI it is a 128 GB SDXC SanDisk

Any thoughts? Is there a way to override this error?

Hi,
You can refer to the link below to troubleshoot if your SD card does not work properly with the camera.
What should I do if the SD card doesn’t work properly on my camera?

If the problem remains, please help confirm the following information.
1. What's the format of the SD card?
2. Test the SD card with third-party software, such as H2testw, and send me a picture of the test result.
How to Verify Fake Micro SD Cards?
3. If you have a different SD card, please insert it into the camera for a try.
