Black curved line on the edge on tapo CCTV
I've been using this tapo camera for more than a months. Starting 31/1/24, there's a curved black line on every corner of my tapo camera. I noticed the curved bit small on 31/1 but today the curved line getting noticeable.

31/1/24. the curved line started.
Hopefully someone can help me. thank you so much.

Hi,
Please check if the camera lens is clean, and you can try to reboot the camera, and factory reset the camera, then check if the camera's Live View page will display properly.
If the same phenomenon appears, you can contact your retailer or local team to check if your camera is under warranty.

thank you for your prompt reply. I've done everything as you suggested. the black line still there.
done wipe it. but I think it's from inside.is it the lens defect?? one month only and this happen.
p/s I have two other tapo camera and this is the latest I bought.. c510w works totally fine.

Had same issue replaced cameras with same models now it's back, on a few of my cameras any solutions? Seems to be inside of camera.

How many Tapo C325WB have this issue now? Do you mind contacting the retailer or local support to get a replacement again if you have tried the above suggestions?

I have the same issue with my c325wb.
I bought it in october 2023 and the curved line appeard in February this year.
My curved line is also moving to the center.
If you zoom in you see that the sharpness and clarity is worse outside the curved line.
I wonder if this maybe is a lens separation ?
