Camera is flagging false alarms. I have set a detection zone which is applied for people detection but camera flags alarms for people comfortably outside of this zone. Any ideas?

The reported case may be related to the detailed camera settings, please help confirm the following information for further analysis.
1. Please go to the camera's Device Settings>Detection page and send me a picture of it, then go to Person Detection and send me a picture of this page.
2. If you have enabled the Alarm or Notifications features, please send me the pictures of their settings pages.
3. Please go to the camera's Live View>Playback & Download> Playback page, find the video clip showing that the camera detects a person outside the activity zone, and send me a picture of the video clip.
