  @Solla-topee

Please help confirm the following information if the problem remains.
1. Check the LED status on the camera when it shows offline on the Tapo app.
The red light continuously blinking

2. Please help check the Wi-Fi signal strength value on your camera's Device Settings>Device Info page.
I only have an icon for stength, and it shows 2 of 3 dots, so it is good.

3. How often does the issue happen?
This happends often, 5-8 times an hour.

4. Describe your network diagram. What's the model number of your router?
I have an TP-linmk Archer MR600 4G router
Is the camera connected to the router's Wi-Fi directly?
It is Connected by wifi dierctly to the router

The camera is brand New, starting to use it on  this sunday.
I tried to Connect to wifi 3 times, snd it is still the same.
I can send MAC if you want.

Hi,
  1. How do you restore the connection after disconnecting, such as reboot the camera or the router?

  2. Try to change the 2.4G wireless channel and security type to WPA2-PSK on the router, and then check if the camera will be more stable.

  3. If an SD card is inserted into the camera, please collect the camera log for analysis.
  How to get the log of Tapo Camera
Best Regards

  @Solla-topee

I restore by disconnecting the power supply to the camera.

The camera already goes on security type WPA2-PSK.

AT the moment I don't installed a SD card.

  @Qurashe Please do let me know as well if there is a fix. It looks like the camera only works when there is an update coming.
