Tapo c420 not detecting motion beyond 5 meters

Anybody facing issues with their c420 camera not detecting motion beyond 5 meters ?
Hub and cameras software are up to date.

Hi,
Please help confirm the following information about the reported issue.
1. On the camera's Device Settings>Detection page, what are the Wake-up Sensitivity settings? Please help check the detection types you have enabled and the sensitivity settings. If you have configured Detection Zones, can I have a picture of it?
2. Can you reproduce the issue and use the record button on the camera's Live View page to record the motion manually? Then upload it to your cloud server(such as Google Drive), generate a link, and send me the link via private message to download it.
3. Please send me a picture showing the location you install the camera if possible. How far between the camera and the ground?
