Model: EAP615-Wall
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.6

Hi, we have 3 smart Screen LG 65TR3DK-B in our School, The internet link is 400 MB symmetrical when try to get access to internet sometime its impossible with LG Devices, When we perform speed tests from any other devices than screens, it shows speeds even above 100 MB; but when we carry out the tests from the screen it shows very low speeds, it disconnects or even does not even see the AP, i try to lock the LG Smart to the specific AP and i can observe the device connect to other ap, all the AP 615 support this option, whe have changed many options as IP setting, channel Width, channel, wireless mode and TX power and nothing, mi switch core is HP 1920 POE+,

Additionally, I have noticed that even when setting fixed IP addresses to the APs, they are disconnected and the controller carries out the process of adopting the devices again.

Controller OC300  version1.0 1.19.3 Build 20230906 Rel.38429

AP EAP-615 Version 1.1.6 Indoor  Build 20230330 Rel. 73999

Switch HP 1920 POE+  24ports JG926A

Thanks.

  @ElvisV

2 things... we have to look at the signal strength of the client and look at the band its on.

Goto the client list:

click on the three dots on the right and check all columns.

Check for signal strength, confirm its has good signal.

Check the band its on.  2.4 wont give you alot of speed.  MOST Smart TV have really weak WiFi cards in them.

It sounds like you may have weak signal.
