How to connect C420 to a NAS
Hi
I would like to connect my two C420 to my NAS but I do not find a way to do it. Currently the C420 are connected to the H200 hub, and the hub is connected via WiFi to my home network with an IP address. However the C420 themselves have no IP address...
I tried to connect the hub to the NAS, but this is not working as the NAS is looking for a camera.
The other TAPO cameras (C320) are well connected to the NAS, has those cameras have their own IP.
Any help?

Hi,
Currently, the Tapo C420 doesn't support the RTSP/ONVIF protocols, it can't work with the NAS device via the RTSP/ONVIF protocols. We suggest using the Tapo app to set up and manage the Tapo C420.

Hi,
It's recommended to pay attention to the thread "Support ONVIF and/or RTSP protocols on C420 S or via the Hub 200", we will update the information on this thread if the new feature is available on the Tapo C420.
