Hi, It seems that my H200 is not working. We have tried everything from resetting the hub to finding another router but still it's not connecting to my device. What else should i do?
Please specify the problem. Did the Tapo H200 fail to connect to the router? Or did the SubG devices fail to connect Tapo H200?
You may share a picture of the error here along with device's LED status before and during the configuration.
