KE100 Smart Thermostats Firmware won't update
I have 4 x KE100 all connected successfully to the hub. 1 has updated to new firmware 2.4.0, but the other 3 are all at 2.1.0. I have tried update firmware from app and this does not show any firmware available and says all devices up to date, which is incorrect. I have followed all steps, multiple factory resets and when installing, it does a firmware check, but doesn't find the new firmware. I need to use the additional functionality ai 2.4.0 to add sensors to control room temperature. Please advise.

Firmware 2.4.0 for KE100 is a new version that just released a few days ago. The release of new firmware typically occurs in phases, and the timing of when different devices detect the new version may vary. It's only when the firmware is 100% rolled out that this version becomes visible on all products.
The good news is that I just double-checked, and this version has been 100% rolled out! Please recheck the firmware upgrade information.
If you still haven't detected the new version, try restarting your device or the internet.

I have the same issue. Bought two thermostats, one of them in the KIT with a KH100 hub. The firmware on both devices was automatically updated during the initial setup. The device bought outside the KIT was updated with FW version 2.4.0, but the one from the KIT with FW version 2.1.0. Unfortunately, FW version 2.1.0 does not provide options to use a separate temperature sensor (T310 or T315) for temperature control, nor the option to automatically close the radiator valve when a window in the room is opened (using the T110 sensor).
I had two unsuccessful attempts to solve the issue:
1. Removed the problematic thermostat from the KASA app, performed a factory reset, and added it back to the app - the problem remains although, during the process, the KASA software checked if the firmware update was required and concluded that the firmware is up to date.
2. Removed both thermostats and KH100 hub from the KASA app, performed a factory reset of the hub, removed batteries from problematic KE100 for 30 sec., reinserted batteries, performed a factory reset, and repeated adding hub and both thermostats to the app. During the process of adding thermostats to KASA software, it checked if the firmware update was required for both of them and concluded that they were up to date.
I would appreciate any help with the issue.
