Firmware Version: 1.3.7

Since recent upgrade to Tapo 3.0.528 my C210 cameras all now record their detections against the day-before-today. Individual camera live images show the correct system time and date, but the recodings for 10th October 2023 show against 9th October etc... always a day out?

So initially when you go to Recodings it says there are none, and you have to select the day earlier than today, however the rings are correct for each event?

Happening to my C100 also.

For all cameras, if I go to Recodings and Downloads and click on the date, I get the calendar view, click on the 10th October, and it shows the images but days they are for the 9th October??

Hi Solla, thank you for assisting with this date issue, however it seems Tapo has updated overnight to 3.0.534 and this has corrected the date/calendar issue on all of my cameras. I haven't installed the debug software as i don't think it'll achieve much now ... since the update to 534 has fixed the problem.

If the problem returns, i'll certainly continue with the debug route with your assistance

Hi,
Please reboot your camera and your phone, then check if the problem disappears.

If not, please send me a picture of the Playback page of the Tapo camera to show your problem. Please let me know the model number, capacity, and format of the SD card if the video recordings are saved into the SD card.

I have sent a debug app to you via private message, please check if the problem remains when using that app.
