C210 Solid Amber every 2 hours
Every 2 hours camera goes into solid amber, Tapo app then shows the camera as Offline. Every 2 hours camera needs a manual power off and on for it to get working again.
Did a factory reset and camera worked seamlessly for 8 days and the same issue of solid amber has started again
Camera is hardly 3 months old, I have a stable broadband connection too (100 Mbps)
Model: C210
Firmware version: 1.3.7 Build 230823 55314n(4555)
MAC Address: 78-8C-B5-51-34B-4D

Hi,
The System LED has solid amber status means that the camera is connected to the router's Wi-Fi but has no internet access. Please make sure your router has a stable connection, and you can change the DNS server on your router to 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4 for a try.
If the problem remains, please help confirm the following information.
1. On the Tapo app>Camera Settings page> tap the camera name to enter the detailed info page, tap the Wi-Fi icon, and send me the RSSI info.
2. Please describe your network diagram, such as the Internet--wireless router)))Tapo C210, etc.
What's the model number of your router? Is the C210 connected to your router's Wi-Fi directly rather than AP or RE?
3. Please check if your router has Firewall, MAC Filtering, or Access Control rules for the camera. If so, disable them for a try.
4. You can change the 2.4G wireless channel and channel width on the router for a try.
Best Regards

Tried whatever you suggested below, I still see the same issue, here are the additional details you had asked for:
50(RSSI)
Network diagram: ACT Broadband- TP Link Archer C5 AC1200-Tapo C210
C210 - is connected to WiFi router through RE
Firewall is active but it doesn't apply to C210
Channel was changed to 20Hz
If you could please get this resolved soonest, I don't have a spare camera to cover the surveillance

Hi,
When the Tapo C210 has a solid amber light, can the computer connected to the router ping the camera's IP address successfully?
How to Use the Ping Command?
Please connect the Tapo C210 to the wireless router's Wi-Fi directly and turn off the RE if possible, then check if the camera will work fine.
You can enable a hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone, connect the Tapo C210 to it, and check if the camera will work fine.

I tried to turn off Deco Fast roaming and beamforming but it still the same.

Hi,
Please help confirm the following information for the reported case.
1) Is the phenomenon that the Tapo C220 always has a solid amber light after a reboot, or the camera will work after a reboot when it has a solid amber light?
2) Whether the Deco devices provide a stable Wi-Fi network? Is the camera close to the main Deco and always connected to it to go to the internet?
3) What's the Wi-Fi signal value on the camera's Device Settings>Device Info page?
Best Regards
