Model: Tapo P105
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version:

Hi!

I have a question regarding the required voltage of Tapo products.

As you can see on the picture, the voltage required is 100v-120v. But the authorized reseller of this plug placed a sticker that indicates that it works up to 240v.

Am I missing something? How did the original voltage requirement is changed?

Can you check what's the hardware version of this device? Such as EU/1.0, US/1.0, etc.

After confirmation, this product falls under the category of region-specific customized products. The label is applied by the factory during shipment and is an official tag, so there's no need to worry.
