Model: Tapo C210
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.3.6

Tapo C210 works only for 3-4 hrs and then shows Amber light continuously with no connection to app or ONVIF. Tried changing wifi network and reading log file but couldn't understand.

While writing this i am setting Google DNS in my router to see if it resolves the issue.

Log File from SD Card.

Hi,
The Solid Amber light on the Tapo C210 means it connects to the router's Wi-Fi but has no internet access. You can reboot the router and the Tapo C210 to check if there are any changes. To locate the issue and solve it, please help confirm the following information.

1. Please describe your network diagram, such as the Internet--Wireless Router)))Tapo Cam.
Do you have the internet on your phone when connecting to the router's Wi-Fi?

2. When you watch the camera on your Tapo app or via ONVIF, is your phone connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the Tapo C210?
If so, can your phone ping the IP address of the C210 successfully?
If not, check if you can watch the camera when your phone connects to the same Wi-Fi.

3. Please check if your router has special settings, such as device isolation, access control, firewall, etc., and if yes, turn them off for a try.

4. How often does the issue happen, and how to recover the connection, like reboot the camera or reboot the router, etc.?

Best Regards
