Hardware Version:

Firmware Version: 2.15.011

Playback recordings no longer show indications of any detections. That happened after the camera showed a few hours of full "Green" indication.

Good day! For this issue, you can try to reboot the camera. Or re-insert the SD card and format it for a try. (Note: Back up videos to the computer first if there is anything important.)

May I know what's the hardware and firmware version of your Tapo C210? How to find the hardware and firmware version of my TP-Link device

What do you mean by the green indication? Can you share a picture here?
