I have three C200 in my WiFi and I want to use one of them in another WiFi but with the same Tapo app.
Is that possible?

Yes.
You can reset one of the Tapo C200, log in to the Tapo app with the same TP-Link ID(email address) as before, and then reconfigure the Tapo C200.
How to reset my Tapo camera?
Please note that the Tapo devices bound to the same TP-Link ID can be managed in the same Tapo app.
