Hi,

I shared the device with a second person and they accepted it. However, they are only able to open the camera and cannot use the controls functions such as Talk, Pan/Tilt, or Voice Call.

Can you please provide guidance on how to resolve this issue?

Hi LeeLi,
Currently, the shared account can only enjoy the live view and playback feature of the camera, and only the owner account can enjoy the full features of the camera. You can share your owner account with friends and family members so they can log in to the Tapo app and enjoy the full features of the camera. However, it is recommended to enable a Two-step authentication feature (2FA) on the Tapo app, then you can see what mobile device has logged in with your account, or even force log out a device by removing it from the Trusted Device list.
